Background
Sebastien obtained his BSEE from the University of Texas at Arlington in mid 1990s and promptly jumped aboard the telecommunication industry train as a real-time embedded software developer. This took him from Texas to the Washington DC area where he progressed through his engineering career and eventually got into leadership roles, because, as his mother used to say: “you are never better served than by your own self.” He has been serving others ever since.
