Background
Matt began his career in the mid 1990s in the San Francisco Bay Area in software engineering roles with startups as well as large established companies. He found his way to Portland in 2010 by way of Vancouver, British Columbia and then Cambridge, England. He holds a B.S. in Cognitive Systems from the University of British Columbia. Matt moved into leadership roles within software shortly after coming to Portland and has since served in such capacity in a variety of domains.
