Proposal Coordinator
I’ve helped prepare proposals to government agencies for over 7 years at universities before I came to Galois. I like to help researchers prepare and voice their ideas in their proposals – it is an exciting phase in research and development when you get to be creative in how you solve the problem and craft the project. I like to work behind the scenes to support these researchers shape their projects, the overall programs, and achieve their goals.
Johanna supports Galois’s researchers by coordinating and managing the proposal process from its inception to when the contract is signed. Before joining Galois, Johanna had worked as a Departmental Research Administration Manager at Portland State University and, before that, as a Proposal Specialist at SUNY Buffalo. Johanna earned her M.A. in English Literature from the University of Victoria, BC and her B.A in English from the University of Oregon.
