Background
Mr. Lockett is a Navy Veteran with over 25 years of experience in technology transition, deployment, and operation of high-reliability systems. His career spans submarine operations, flight qualification of manned/unmanned space systems, system integration and verification of complex systems, and development of embedded cyber security and networking technologies. Mr. Lockett has served in Principal Investigator and Senior Director roles on various programs. He supports early-stage incubation and launch of five commercial ventures, has developed Intellectual Property portfolios, and provides technology consulting for global companies.
At Galois, Mr. Lockett leads Special Programs development, manages client accounts, and is responsible for IDIQ portfolios supporting R&D and commercial ventures. Mr. Lockett holds an MS in Aeronautics/Astronautics from Stanford University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the US Naval Academy.
