Yerim received her B.S. in Biology and Mathematics from University of Oregon and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Oregon Health and Science University. Her Ph.D. research was focused on understanding the role of membrane nanodomains in KRas G12D diffusion and activation using single particle tracking with photoactivated localization microscopy. She is interested in working on data science projects.
During her free time she enjoys reading and playing piano, cooking and eating delicious foods, but mostly the eating part. She also dreams of owning many rescue dogs and traveling.
