I joined Galois and the People Ops Team to lead the recruiting and internship experience at Galois. Having always loved working in a collaborative environment, I am excited to partner and support a company with such an authentically kind culture. Our employee experience starts from the moment we first engage with a company, and I’m privileged to be a part of that process.
In my free time, I enjoy ballroom and social dancing, day hiking in the PNW, and relaxing at home with my friends, family, and cats.
Sophia has spent the last 10 years as a recruiter and talent partner within the tech industry and has partnered with a variety of organizations from small PNW startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Having earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology, she has focused her career on improving the unique personal experience each candidate and employee has in their career journey.
