Panchapakesan Shyamshankar

Research & Engineering

My primary motivation is software performance: at any scale, large or small; using any method, static or dynamic; at any level of abstraction, high or low. I operate at the intersection of programming languages and databases, bringing theoretical techniques to bear on real-world systems problems — in particular, the use of domain-specific information in compilers.

Background

Shyam completed his PhD in Computer Science at the Johns Hopkins University in 2018.
