Background
After several years as a Senior Software Developer, Josh found his passion for project management. He is a people-friendly person who speaks both human and computer, and loves translating between the two. Since 2013, he has been managing software projects. Prior to Galois, his notable work includes concurrently leading four distinct engineering teams to bring four major projects to successful conclusions in fintech, a highly regulated industry.
Josh joined Galois in 2017 as a Project Lead. His experience in building personal relationships with cross-functional teams, managing partner relationships across business functions, and leading multiple teams on various projects translates to his work at Galois. Josh guides project success by creating building blocks for engineering teams, connecting with individual performers, and being a thought leader.
Josh graduated from Willamette University with a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.
